My therapy at MANA has helped me to walk up the stairs without pain.

I was having serious knee pain due to arthritis, muscle weakness and tendon problems. The doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory medication and suggested physical therapy.

MANA Physical Therapy was recommended to me by both a friend and my husband. They both achieved excellent results and spoke highly of the treatment they received there. I have had physical therapy before with okay results, but treatment and therapy at MANA has been very different and much more effective.

Dr. Wilfredo was outstanding. He continually evaluated and adjusted exercises based on my performance at that time. My hour of therapy was not shared nor overseen by anyone other than Dr. Wilfredo. Home exercises continue to be updated to reflect my current levels and needs.

My therapy at MANA has helped me to build strength in my legs, walk up the stairs without pain and return to exercising at the gym. I am extremely grateful for the progress that Dr. Wilfredo has helped me achieve through his expert guidance and encouragement. I met Dr. Laura during in a class my doula coordinated when I was still pregnant. I knew I’d feel comfortable with her, so I started seeing her for my post-partum care even though she’s over 30 minutes from me. She is wonderful and really knows her stuff!

Dr Laura Kelly of Mana Physical Therapy in Lake Como is who you want treating your condition. Extremely knowledgeable quickly diagnoses your issue clearly explains her treatment modalities. Asks if you have any questions or concerns, and here is the best part, you are the only one in the office so you get one full hour of Dr. Kelly’s expertise and undivided attention, a far cry from other practices. Dr. Kelly treated me for a meniscus issue and kept me from surgery and now I am able to enjoy lengthy walks on the boardwalk. Presently I am in treatment with Laura for another issue and have complete trust and hope in her incredible abilities to get me to my pain-free goal. This young lady is truly amazing. Caring understanding,very professional always ready to explain and help you through the process. I cannot recommend Dr. Laura Kelly highly enough to you !!!!!

I have a pelvic floor issue and I’ve been doing therapy with Laura. She is very kind and professional. Therapy is one on one and no one else is in the office. Office is very clean and sanitary. I felt some relief after just 2 sessions! I have also used Laura in the East Brunswick office for neck, shoulder, and plantar fasciitis issues. She is a wonderful Therapist and I highly recommend her!

Mana rocks!!!! I came for pre-surgery physical therapy for a torn ACL and they helped me to prepare. Dr. James and the staff really know how to treat their patients. I’m looking forward to ACL surgery and a speedy recovery at Mana PT.

Mana Therapy is by far the best place to go to if you need physical therapy! Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. James is the most knowledge therapist I have ever come across. He explains EVERYTHING!!! I am confident that I will be back to normal very soon!!! Oh and did I mention they have acupuncture?? Can’t wait to try!!!

Simply the best! Dr. Coomber has helped me finally make inroads into lessening the chronic pain I have had in my ankle for the past three years. He is a caring and dedicated professional. His hands-on approach, coupled with his expertise and personalized, well thought out plan has literally worked wonders for me. Dr. Coomber is the third physical therapist I have tried for my nagging, oftentimes debilitating ankle problem. The first two did absolutely nothing to mitigate the issue. I was almost ready to accept the pain and “learn to live with it.” I have had surgery in addition to several other supposedly effective treatments, all without any success. That has all changed since I found Mana PT. My wife and another close friend have also been seeing Dr. Coomber and they are as impressed with him as I. If you are looking for an incredible physical therapist, look no further.

James and his staff are top notch and provide a high level of service. The team’s attention to detail and one on one approach is very different than your typical group sessions provided by most PT groups. James is extremely knowledgeable and provides a customized experience to get you back to health. I have used Mana for my back injury and now after my knee surgery. The office is clean and the staff including Katy and Daniel are super accommodating. Give them a try as they are the best in the area!

After just a few sessions with Danielle, I felt so much better!

I recently had a setback a year after my back surgery. I was in bad pain and I couldn’t bend or function at all. I returned to my surgeon who took X-rays and said surgery was intact, but I was very upset because I could still barely move. He said I must go to PT. After just a few sessions with Danielle, I felt so much better! She uses hands-on manual therapy which is very soothing, along with custom-tailored exercise routines that have been beneficial as well. Danielle is pleasant and professional and has really set me on the road to recovery. Now after further treatments, I am so much happier to be out of pain and improving my quality of life. I highly recommend Danielle and Mana Physical Therapy!
