Request a free consultation (20 mins)
This free 20-minute discussion allows you to tell us your story and how we can help you. The goal is for you to be comfortable with the rehab process with a general understanding of how long it should take to reach your goals.
step 2
Receive an extensive examination (1 hour)
This one-hour physical examination tests your strength, mobility, endurance, and movement quality in the context of your area of pain. From there, a comprehensive treatment plan of exercises and hands-on techniques will be created.
step 3
Attend follow-up 1 on 1 sessions (1 hour)
Follow-up sessions will check your progress towards your goals and teach you progressions of new exercises. This can be frequent to infrequent based on how much in-person guidance is needed. A telehealth option is also available if you are unable to make it to the office.
step 4
use our free mobile app for guidance (anytime)
If you are going for long periods of time between sessions, this app will keep you focused with videos and instructions for your exercises. If there are any concerns during this time you can also text your PT for guidance in the app.
