Session Packages
For runners committing to a structured return-to-run or performance process. Sessions are typically scheduled every 3–4 weeks to maintain momentum and progress appropriately.
4-Pack
$175/session
$700 total • Save $80
Get back to running without the setbacks.
4 sessions total. Each session includes gait analysis testing to gauge progress and training progressions. We find what’s causing your pain, fix it, and build you back strong enough that it doesn’t come back.
8-Pack
$165/session
$1,320 total • Save $240
Run faster, with less effort, and stay healthy doing it.
8 sessions total. Each session includes gait analysis testing to gauge progress and training progressions. We optimize your form, build your strength, and track your progress with before/after metrics. Built for runners chasing a goal.

Her background in orthopedic and neurologic care allows her to assess the full movement system and guide runners back to efficient, durable, pain-free running.
See What You’ll Receive
Our advanced running analysis provides you with comprehensive data and actionable
insights. Here’s what your detailed report includes:

Sample Gait Report
Comprehensive Kinetic Report
Receive a detailed PDF analysis showing your impact loading, dynamic stability, and symmetry scores. Each metric is explained in plain language with visual graphs and personalized recommendations.
What’s Measured:
Impact magnitude, impact duration, dynamic stability, left/right symmetry, stride patterns, and injury risk indicators.

Before/After Metrics
Track Your Progress
See measurable improvements in your running biomechanics. Our follow-up analyses show exactly how your form has changed and which interventions are working.
Real Results:
Average improvements of 20-30% in impact loading, 15-25% better stability scores, and significant reduction in asymmetries.

Technology In Action
Wearable Sensor Technology
University-grade wearable sensors capture over 100 data points per second while you run. This technology was once exclusive to research labs—now available to you.
The Science:
Real-time kinetic analysis measuring ground reaction forces, loading rates, and movement quality with research-grade accuracy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this physical therapy?
Our running analysis and follow-up care are performed by licensed physical therapists. We focus on identifying why running hurts and improving how your body absorbs and produces force when you run.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is needed to schedule a running analysis or start care. If appropriate, we can share findings with your physician after your evaluation.
Is this covered by insurance?
We are an out-of-network practice. In some cases, when pain affects daily activities (such as walking, standing, or work tasks), services may qualify as physical therapy and be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan and is never guaranteed.
We’re happy to provide documentation if needed.
Do you take my insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of service, and we can submit claims or provide paperwork for potential reimbursement when applicable.
What’s the difference between running analysis and regular PT?
Traditional PT often focuses on treating symptoms. Our running analysis uses biomechanical data, force metrics, and movement assessment to identify why pain is occurring — and then addresses those drivers directly.
Many runners come to us after standard approaches haven’t worked.
Is this just for injured runners?
No. We work with:
- Runners dealing with pain or recurring injuries
- Runners returning from injury
- Runners who want to improve efficiency, durability, and performance
Many runners start with pain relief and continue with performance-focused care.
What happens during the first visit?
Your first visit includes:
- A full movement and running assessment
- Biomechanical and force analysis
- Review of findings and key contributors to pain or inefficiency
- Clear recommendations for next steps
You’ll leave understanding what’s happening and what to do about it.
Do I have to commit to a package?
No. Many runners start with a single running analysis. Packages are available for runners who want structured follow-up, guided progression, and long-term improvement.
Will you tell me to stop running?
Our goal is to keep you running whenever safely possible. Recommendations are based on load management, mechanics, and capacity — not blanket rest unless truly necessary.
How is this different from a run store gait analysis or coaching session?
Our analysis is:
- Performed by licensed physical therapists
- Medical and performance-informed
- Focused on injury risk, pain drivers, and durability — not just shoe selection
This is clinical insight applied to real-world running.
Who performs the running analysis?
All running analyses are performed by licensed physical therapists with advanced training in running biomechanics, sports rehab, and performance.
What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
That’s common. Most runners start with a running analysis to get clarity before deciding on next steps. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to help you decide if this is a good fit.
