All of our pelvic floor therapy sessions are one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the entire hour, in a private, comfortable treatment room. You’ll work with highly trained pelvic health specialists who understand both the clinical and emotional sides of your care.

Dr. Alexis English is one of the few physical therapists in New Jersey who is board-certified in neurologic physical therapy and provides gender-affirming pelvic care. She brings experience in treating complex pelvic and neurological conditions, and has helped build successful pelvic and cancer rehabilitation programs in high-level medical settings.
She has completed advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Her approach is holistic, affirming, and grounded in both clinical excellence and genuine compassion.”
