Dr. Garrett Spencer, a Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate from New York University, brings a wealth of experience and passion for active living to his practice. Hailing from Southern California, Garrett’s journey in physical therapy was inspired by his dedication to maintaining a vibrant, outdoor lifestyle—a philosophy he imparts to his patients.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Sonoma State University as his foundation, Garrett honed his skills in New York City for five years, serving diverse communities across various orthopedic and sports medicine clinics. Notably, he contributed significantly to the rehabilitation efforts at Bellevue Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center, specializing in traumatic orthopedic injuries.

Garrett’s personal experience overcoming sports-related injuries, amassed through years of football, martial arts, and track and field, fuels his empathetic approach to patient care. He continually expands his expertise through advanced courses in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, recognizing their pivotal role in effective rehabilitation.

Specializing in musculoskeletal conditions, Garrett offers a comprehensive range of services including trigger point therapy, spine and joint mobilization, sports massage, and tailored rehabilitative exercises. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he has successfully trained a diverse clientele, spanning from weightlifters to racket sport athletes.

Embracing patients of all backgrounds and ages, Garrett prioritizes not only injury rehabilitation but also the enhancement of movement and performance optimization. Beyond his professional endeavors, he finds joy in weightlifting, hiking, fishing, and indulging in outdoor activities like Pickleball.
